Chandel Infrasolution Private Limited

Our business, Chandel Infrasolution Private Limited, is based in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II. We’re up on the first floor of T-14. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there’s always the sound of trucks and machinery around us. It suits the kind of work we do, which is focused on infrastructure and construction. We’ve been here for several years, navigating the ups and downs of the industry. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, a lot of files, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of moving materials and managing workers. Being in South Delhi gives us a good base to reach different parts of the city. We aren't corporate types; we’re more comfortable on a construction site than in a boardroom. We’ve had our share of difficult projects where nothing seemed to go right, but we always find a way to finish. It’s about being practical and not overpromising things. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. The heat in the industrial area can be brutal in the summer, but we’re used to it by now. It’s a tough business, but we like seeing a project come together from nothing. That’s why we stay in this line of work after all.
