You can find us at Plot No. 322, Wz 107A in Chand Nagar. Hytorc Division India is where we handle a lot of heavy-duty tools, mostly for bolting and tightening things that shouldn't ever come loose. It’s a local operation here, tucked away in a spot that isn’t too hard to find if you know the backstreets. The shop is filled with torque wrenches and various hydraulic bits lying around. It’s not the kind of place you come for a quiet chat. There’s usually someone testing a tool or packing up a heavy kit for a client in the field. We’ve been in Chand Nagar for a bit now and we really like the neighborhood feel. It’s got a good vibe to it. Our day usually starts with checking the inventory and seeing what repairs need to be done on the units people have sent back. We don't have a marketing team or anyone writing polished brochures for us. We just know our tools inside and out. If someone calls with a problem on a job site, we try to help them figure it out over the phone or they just bring the gear in for us to look at. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. The walls are lined with shelves of spare parts and the floor is usually a bit greasy, which is expected in this line of work. We just keep things moving and make sure the tools are ready.
