Our office is located at D-851, Aryan House, on the second floor in New Friends Colony. It’s a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to some of the industrial areas nearby. Chadha Rubber Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for quite a while now. The office has a bit of an old-school feel to it. We have heavy wooden desks and filing cabinets that have been with us for decades. It’s not the most modern looking place, but it’s comfortable and familiar. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking on production schedules. Since we are in a residential-commercial mix area, the vibe is a bit more relaxed. We have a small team, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or long-standing relationships. The walk up to the second floor keeps us moving. We have samples of rubber products scattered around the desks, which can make things look a bit cluttered. We don't mind it, though. It’s just part of being in this industry. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and ledger work. We try to keep things simple and honest. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to run a reliable business and take care of our families. That is basically our whole operation in a nutshell.
