Start with the location at 1/2. Roop Nagar. It's usually busy in the mornings here. We see a lot of people from around the neighborhood throughout the day. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit crowded. The eye tests take a while, especially when there are many patients waiting their turn. Most of us here have been working together for a long time. You’ll see the same faces at the desk almost every day. We try to keep things moving. There is always tea around if you look for it in the back. The doctors are usually in their rooms by ten. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. It’s just a place where people come to get their eyes checked. Some of the older patients have been coming here for years. They know exactly which chair they like in the lobby. We recognize them by name. It’s not a huge place, but we manage. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to wait for the technician. That’s just how it goes. We handle cataracts and basic glass prescriptions. People stop by to ask directions too. Being in Roop Nagar means we are part of the daily life here. We see the school kids passing by and the local shopkeepers. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the traffic. We just keep doing what we do. No big speeches or anything like that. Just a normal medical setup for eye stuff.
