C.D. Garg & Sons

We are located on Nag Mandir Road in the Shastri Nagar area. The shop is at New F-1. It’s a family business, started by the elders and now we are carrying it on. C.D. Garg & Sons has been a name in this neighborhood for many years. We aren't some big new corporation. We are just a local spot where people come when they need something done right. The shop is a bit cramped because we have so much stock piled up. There are boxes in the corners and shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. It’s a bit of a maze, but we know exactly where everything is. Shastri Nagar is a lively place to be. There’s always someone walking by or a bike honking outside. We know most of the people who live on this street. We don't do much online stuff or social media. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for customers. Sometimes we sit outside on the stools when it’s quiet. We talk to the neighbors and drink some chai. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, but it’s what we know. We don't have a fancy website with professional photos. What you see is what you get when you walk in. We just try to be helpful and keep the name going. It’s a simple life and we are happy with it. Most days we close up late and do it all again tomorrow.
