Our place is tucked away in Lane No. 22 in Zakir Nagar. If you know the Jamia area, it’s not hard to find us near the Okhla side. We’re over at B-109. It’s a tight neighborhood, very lively, and we’ve been part of it for some time. Logistics is what we do every day. It involves a lot of coordinating, talking to drivers, and making sure the loads are ready. It’s a bit noisy around here sometimes with all the bikes and people, but that’s just how Zakir Nagar is. We don’t do big speeches or complicated plans. Usually, it’s just about getting the boxes where they need to go in New Delhi or further out. Sometimes the weather is too hot and the trucks get delayed on the highway, but we just manage it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where the work gets done. We have a few guys who have been with us for years. We know the shortcuts around Jamia like the back of our hands. It’s a practical business. We don't use much fancy software, just the basics to keep the tracking right. Every day is different, and we just take it as it comes. It's a local shop through and through. We just try to get through the manifest without too many errors before the sun goes down.
