Cbs Bakers Llp is located in Vijay Nagar at Block G, Single Storey, property 22A. We are on the ground floor, which is handy for people who want to just stop in quickly. This part of town is always full of students and young people. Our shop is a small place. We don’t have a lot of room for people to sit down and hang out, so most people just grab what they need and head out. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint and the counter has seen better days. It’s a real working shop, not a showroom. We spend almost all our time in the back room. The oven is the most important thing we own. It’s a bit old, but it does the job well enough. We get our supplies from the local markets around here. There is no big corporate warehouse involved. We just buy what we need for the week. Sometimes we run out of a specific ingredient and someone has to run down the street to the corner store. That’s just the reality of how we run things. We don't have managers in suits or anything like that. It’s just us in our work clothes. We know the students who come in after their classes are done. It’s a loud neighborhood, but it keeps us busy. We just want to keep the shop going and make it through the month.
