Casilica D-Air (P) Ltd

Our office is at 37-5B, Gwalior House on Rajpur Road. Being in Civil Lines gives the place a bit of an old-fashioned feel. The building itself is quite sturdy with high ceilings, which helps keep things a bit cooler. At Casilica D-Air (P) Ltd, we spend our days dealing with a lot of technical drawings and equipment specs. The desks are usually covered in blueprints or printouts. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find modern art on the walls. We have some old calendars and maybe a few photos of projects we finished years ago. The staff here has been together for a while, so we don't need to explain much to each other anymore. We just know who handles what. Sometimes we have visitors coming in to talk about technical details, and we just pull up an extra chair. It’s a very practical way of working. Outside, Rajpur Road is busy with cars, but inside it’s relatively quiet. We take our tea breaks together in the small pantry area. There’s a lot of talk about the weather and the local news while we wait for the kettle to boil. We don't try to be anything we're not. We just show up, do the engineering or administrative work that’s required, and head out when the sun goes down. It’s a steady rhythm that suits us just fine in this old building. It keeps us moving forward every single day.
