We are Cardio Fitness India Pvt. Ltd. and our place is at B-23 in Okhla Industrial Area Phase-2. Okhla is a tough place to work sometimes, especially with the Delhi heat and the constant rumble of trucks, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. Our warehouse is usually filled with treadmills, bikes, and all sorts of heavy gym gear. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s more of a working space where we test things out and get them ready for delivery. We spend a lot of our time unboxing equipment and checking every bolt to make sure everything is solid. The guys here have calloused hands from moving all that heavy iron around. We don't wear suits; we wear work clothes that can get dirty. Sometimes a machine comes back for repairs and we have to pull it apart to see what’s wrong. It’s like a puzzle every time. We don't have a script for how we talk to people. If you call us, you’ll just talk to one of us who probably has grease on their hands. We keep the inventory moving and try to stay organized, even when it gets chaotic. It’s a busy life, but it’s good to see the equipment going out to people who want to stay healthy. We just keep at it, day after day, in the middle of this noisy industrial patch in Delhi.
