You can find Candela Lighting Systems Pvt Ltd at A 23, 1st Floor, in Anupam Enclave ll, which is over in the Saidulajab Extension in Delhi. We are tucked away a bit, but it’s a good spot for us. The office is on the first floor, and it’s where we handle all the lighting stuff. It’s not a massive warehouse, but we have enough space to keep things organized. Saidulajab has a unique feel to it, a mix of residential and small businesses. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors. Our work is pretty specific, focusing on lighting systems, so we spend a lot of time looking at technical specs and talking to suppliers. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office; we mostly just have samples of lights and a few desks. Sometimes the narrow streets around here get a bit crowded, but that’s just part of being in this part of Delhi. We try to keep things simple. If there's a problem with an order, we just sit down and fix it. We don't have a bunch of rules about how to talk to people; we just speak normally. The team is quite small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. From answering the phone to checking the inventory, everyone chips in. It’s just a regular local business trying to do honest work.
