Our office is over in the Ashirwad Building, right at D-1 in Green Park. It is a pretty well-known spot in this area. We have been here for a long time, and the building itself has seen a lot of people come and go over the decades. We do a lot of architectural work, and there is always something going on in the back rooms. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once or when the big printers are running non-stop. We are not fancy people; we just focus on getting the drawings right for the builders. Green Park is a good place to work from because everything we need is close by. We spend a lot of time discussing tiny details and making sure the measurements are correct. It is not always easy work, but it is what we have been doing for years. We do not have a polished sales team or anything like that. It is mostly just the architects and the support staff trying to stay on top of the various projects. Sometimes we stay quite late when a project is in a busy phase. You get used to the rhythm of it after a while. The Ashirwad Building is a solid place to be based. We just try to be practical and honest about what can actually be built. It is a lot of back and forth with clients, but that is just how the business goes.
