We’ve been working out of Saket for a while now. It’s a good spot to be, right in the middle of everything. Our day-to-day is mostly about helping other small businesses with their banking hurdles. It’s not the most exciting work, to be honest. It involves a lot of looking at bank forms and trying to understand why a certain loan is taking so long or why an account is stuck. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It's just a functional room with enough space for our files and a couple of computers. We usually have a lot of papers scattered around because there's always something to fill out. People come to see us in Saket when they’re frustrated with the big banks and just want a straight answer. We don't use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it. It’s better to just say things how they are. Some days we are just sitting here waiting for emails to come back from the bank offices. We know the local shopkeepers and other business owners around here quite well. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’ve stayed focused on this same kind of work. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, but we like being the ones who can figure out the paperwork that everyone else hates doing. We’re just a small team trying to keep things simple for our clients.
