We don't pretend to be a massive firm. It’s just Bupesh Anand Co, and we're always around. If someone calls, they talk to us, not a machine. The LIG flats are a bit older, and sometimes the stairs are a climb, but it’s a good community to be part of. We like the fact that we’re in the heart of a real neighborhood. We don't have a big handbook or a fancy philosophy. We just wake up, check our lists, and get through the day's tasks. It’s how we’ve always done it, and it seems to work out just fine.
