We’ve been here in Krishan Nagar at D3/12 for a long time. People around the neighborhood know where to find us. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the office sometimes because of all the files and papers piled up, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we work. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the phones and the walk-ins. Life here is pretty steady. We open up early and stay until the work is finished, which sometimes means late nights under the desk lamps. It’s not a glamorous spot, just a regular building in a busy part of town. We’ve seen the street change a lot over the years, but we’re still right here. Sometimes the printer acts up or the tea runs out, but we manage. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or advertising because most people find us by word of mouth anyway. If you're looking for us, look for the door at D3/12. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Nothing more, nothing less. We just try to get the day's tasks done so we can go home to our families. It’s been that way since the start. We drink a lot of chai to keep going and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. It is just a local business doing its thing.
