We are located on the first floor at F-731 in Raghbir Nagar. It’s one of those busy parts of New Delhi where there’s always something happening on the street below. To get to us, you have to head up the stairs, and it’s usually a bit of a climb if you’re carrying anything. The office isn't very big, but we make use of every corner for storage and desk space. You’ll mostly find us looking at computer screens or talking on the phone with drivers who are stuck in traffic somewhere. Raghbir Nagar has a specific feel to it, a bit cramped but very active. We’ve been operating from this floor for some time now. There’s no big lobby or reception area. You just walk in and someone is probably already busy with a shipment list. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't really gotten around to it because the work keeps coming. We handle the logistics side of things, making sure boxes get where they need to go. It’s a lot of tracking and checking. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or use the backups. It’s just the regular life of a business in this part of the city. We don't try to look like a corporate giant. We’re just a local logistics team working out of a first-floor office. Every day brings a new set of packages and a different set of delays.
