We handle a lot of the logistical work around here. We've got an office in Noida now, specifically in Sector 5 at Bhagat Market. It’s on the second floor above the shops. The name mentions Rajendra Place in New Delhi because that's where things started or where the main focus is, but you'll find us here in Noida at Kaluram Awana's place. It’s a busy spot. We deal with trucks, parcels, and getting things from point A to B. It’s not always pretty, there’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls involved. Most days we are just trying to keep up with the schedule. The team here knows the roads well. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just desks and computers. People sometimes get confused with the address since it says Delhi and Noida, but we are right here in UP. It’s just how the business is set up. We spend most of our time coordinating with drivers and making sure nothing gets lost. Sometimes the weather makes it hard, or the traffic is a mess, but we manage. That’s basically what we do every day. Nothing too complicated, just moving goods. We try to be helpful when people call in. We have a few staff members who handle the billing and others who talk to the transport guys. It's just a regular local business doing its thing.
