Browndove Healthcare (P) Limited

Our place is in Phase II of the Narain Industrial Area, over at B-47. It’s a typical industrial spot with a lot of warehouses around. We focus on healthcare products. The building is quite large, which is good because we have a lot of stock to keep. It can get a bit chilly in the winter months inside the warehouse. We spend our days managing the inventory and making sure shipments go out to the hospitals. It’s a lot of logistics work. We have a few delivery vans that are always coming and going. The office upstairs is where we handle the billing and the phone calls. It’s a bit messy with all the stacks of paper, but we have a system that works for us. We don't really do much in terms of marketing; we just rely on the fact that we’ve been here a long time. People in the industry know where to find us. Lunch is usually a quick affair so we can get back to the floor. The industrial area is quite spread out, so we usually drive to get lunch. There isn't much within walking distance besides other warehouses. We have a big metal door at the front that's a bit heavy to open. The floor in the warehouse is concrete and has some cracks here and there. It’s not a showroom, just a functional space for storing supplies.
