Brood Automatic Bakery Private Limited

Our bakery business is located at Jogabai Extension in the Batla House area of Jamia Nagar. We are at H.No F-13, specifically in shop C-1 on the lower ground floor. It is a busy part of Okhla and there is always something happening on the streets outside. Being on the lower ground floor means we are a little tucked away from the main noise, but we are still right in the middle of everything. We focus on bakery items and have some machinery to help us get the work done more efficiently. The smells from the ovens usually fill up the space by mid-morning. It is a bit of a tight squeeze in the shop with all the equipment, but we have learned how to move around each other. We spend a lot of time cleaning up flour and making sure everything is ready for the next batch. Batla House is a place where people really appreciate good food, so it feels like a good spot for a bakery. We aren't a huge factory, just a local setup trying to make decent bread and snacks.
