Bread D Bites

Our little spot is called Bread D Bites and we’re right in the E-Block Market in Vasant Vihar. It’s a nice area, and we’ve been serving snacks and bread here for a bit now. The morning usually starts very early because that’s when the fresh stuff needs to be ready. You can usually smell the oven from outside before we even open the doors. It’s not a huge bakery with fancy machines, just a simple kitchen where we make what we can. We have some regulars who come in every single morning for their usual order. I recognize their faces even if I don't always remember their names. The counter is small, and sometimes there’s a bit of a wait when the oven is full. We do our best to keep things moving. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the afternoon, and that’s just how it goes. I hate wasting food, so we don't overproduce. The market gets quite busy in the evenings with people coming home from work. It’s a good place to be, even if it gets a bit hectic. We’ve had some days where things went wrong, like the fridge acting up, but we just fix it and keep going. It’s hard work being on your feet all day, but seeing people enjoy a simple snack makes it okay. We aren't a big chain, just a local shop trying to do things right.
