Our office is located in Greater Kailash Enclave II, specifically at A-7. It’s a nice enough part of New Delhi, a bit more tucked away than the main commercial hubs. We’ve been running our logistics services from this spot for a while now. The space is filled with desks, computers, and a lot of folders. We spend most of our time on the phone or emailing people to make sure the boxes are actually moving. It’s called Boxtrans for a reason, I suppose, since boxes are what we deal with all day long. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. Sometimes the internet slows down when everyone is trying to upload their reports at once, which can be frustrating. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We’re just a group of people trying to keep the supply chain going. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the rest of Delhi, which is a nice change of pace when you’re dealing with the stress of transport deadlines. We usually have some tea around four and talk about how the day is going. It’s not a fancy corporate setup with a lot of rules, just a place where we come to work and do our best to stay organized. Most of us have been here for years, so it feels like a second home. We just handle the logistics and try to keep things simple for everyone involved. It’s just how we operate.
