Bikaner Bhujia Wala

You can find us in Shahdara, specifically at Plot No 1/5674 B in Gali No -19. Main Balbir Nagar is a crowded area, and our street is no exception. Bikaner Bhujia Wala is tucked away in a spot that feels like home to us. It’s not a big factory; it’s more like a workshop where we spend our days. The noise of the street—scooters, kids playing, and people talking—is always there. Inside, we are usually busy with the big mixing tubs. Making bhujia is a messy process and there’s always a fine yellow dust of gram flour over everything. We don't have a fancy showroom. Most of the space is taken up by the raw materials and the finished packets waiting to go out. We’ve been in Gali 19 for a while, and we know most of the people who live in the buildings around us. Sometimes we run out of stock faster than we expected, and we have to work late into the night to catch up. It’s not a polished business with a big mission statement. We just make the bhujia, pack it up, and sell it to anyone who comes by. The equipment is old but it works fine for what we need. It’s just honest work in a busy corner of Delhi where everyone is trying to make a living.
