Bic Venture Logistics Ltd is tucked away on the second floor at Wz-99. You have to walk up some stairs on Dayal Sar Road to find us. It’s in Uttam Nagar, so you can imagine the noise and the people everywhere at all hours. New Delhi is always moving, and we are right in the middle of the chaos. The office isn't very big, but we make it work for what we need. We have a couple of computers that have seen better days and a water cooler that makes a weird gurgling noise every hour. Most of our time is spent talking to drivers and checking on where the trucks are currently located. Dayal Sar Road is always jammed with rickshaws, so we spend a lot of time looking out at the traffic from the balcony. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us. We just handle the logistics. It’s about making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Sometimes a box goes missing or a driver gets a flat tire, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it. It’s just the usual daily grind. We’ve got some plants on the windowsill that we forget to water sometimes, but they’re still hanging on somehow. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don’t overthink things. If there’s work to do, we sit down at our desks and get it done.
