Our place is on the lower ground floor, unit 8, of Somdutt Chamber 1. It is right in the middle of Bhikaji Cama Place, which is always a hive of activity. Ultra Filter India Pvt. Ltd. has been based in this building for a long while. Being on the lower ground means we don't see much of the street, but we can definitely hear the buzz of the city above us. We spend the day dealing with filters and all the technical bits that go along with them. The office is often filled with the sound of people talking on phones or the hum of the air conditioning. It is a practical space, filled with desks, samples, and plenty of files. We have to navigate the busy corridors of Somdutt Chamber every morning just to get to our door. There are so many other businesses around here, so you are always bumping into someone in the elevators or the hallways. We just focus on our specific corner and the work that needs finishing. It is a lot of logistics and talking to clients about their requirements. The location is central, which makes it easy for people to find us, even if we are tucked away downstairs. It is just a standard office life in one of Delhi's busiest commercial hubs. We keep the lights on and the coffee ready for whoever drops by with a question.
