We run our packing and moving business out of Rangpuri Extension, right near the Tata Telco Road. It’s a busy spot near Mahipalpur, which is helpful because we have trucks coming and going at all hours. Our office is mostly just a place to keep the packing tape, bubble wrap, and cardboard boxes. We spend a lot more time out at people’s houses or in the trucks than we do sitting at a desk. Moving things is hard work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We’ve seen all sorts of neighborhoods while doing this job. It’s always satisfying when a move is finished and the truck is finally empty. We keep the trucks parked nearby and try to keep them in good shape, though they get pretty dirty from all the dust on the road.
