Be Sure Inc. is based out of B-257 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I. It's a busy part of town with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day. Our building is pretty much like all the others around here—practical and built for work. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise from the street anymore. Inside, it’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks of running the business. We deal with various industrial and trade goods. There's always something to be moved or a stack of papers to be filed. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It's just a place where work happens. The guys in the back keep things moving, and those of us in the front try to keep the records straight. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three deliveries show up at once, but we figure it out. It's a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is in Okhla. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and someone will probably be there to help you out. We’ve stayed in this spot because it makes sense for the logistics of what we do. It’s a solid, straightforward operation that keeps us busy from morning till night. We just focus on the orders we have and getting them ready.
