The Dsidc Industrial Complex in Bawana is a massive place and we are situated in Sector-1 at P-65. It is an industrial hub, so you can imagine the kind of bustle we deal with every morning. Our work is all about electrical components. We have machines that run for hours making parts that most people never even think about. The floor of the factory is always a bit greasy and there is a constant hum from the equipment. We started out small and just kept at it over the years. We don't have any fancy corporate offices here; it’s just a workspace where we get things made. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a long time. We eat our lunch in the small break area and talk about whatever is going on in the news. Sometimes the power goes out and everything goes quiet, which is a bit strange in a place like this. When that happens, we just wait it out and start back up once the grid is back. Working in Bawana means dealing with a lot of dust and the noise of a thousand other factories nearby. It is hard work and it gets quite hot in the summer, but we prefer being busy. We just focus on making sure the items we produce are solid and do what they are supposed to do for the people who use them in their own shops.
