Growell System

Growell System is based at K-165, Sector 03 in the Dsidc Bawana area. If you’ve ever been to Bawana, you know it’s a massive industrial estate. It’s a sea of factories and workshops, and we are right in the middle of it. Our unit is a standard industrial block. We’ve got our machinery set up on the ground floor, and there is a small mezzanine where we do the office work. It’s usually pretty loud because of the neighbors and our own equipment. The air is thick with the smell of metal and grease. We don't have any air conditioning in the main work area, so it gets pretty hot during the summer months. We just drink plenty of water and keep the shutters open. There is a lot of truck traffic in Sector 03, so getting things in and out can sometimes be a headache. We have a routine that we follow every day. We start early, check the machines, and get to work. It’s not a place for visitors to come and relax; it’s a place where we produce things. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We are just a part of the Bawana industrial landscape, trying to do a good job and keep everything running smoothly. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We just show up and do it.
