Santoshi Paper Products

Our unit is tucked away in Sector 1 of the Dsiidc Bawana Industrial Area, specifically at I-11. If you know Bawana, you know it’s a busy place full of small and medium workshops. We handle paper products here, so the whole place is usually filled with the sound of cutting machines and the rustle of large sheets. It’s a very hands-on environment. There are stacks of paper everywhere you look, and we try our best to keep them organized, though it’s a constant battle against the mess. We usually start the machines early in the morning before the afternoon heat sets in. The staff is mostly local, and we’ve been working together for a long time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the orders we have for the day. Sometimes the dust from the paper gets on everything, but you get used to it after a week. It’s a simple operation where we value the fact that the machines are running smoothly. The traffic in and out of the industrial area can be a headache, especially when the big delivery trucks are trying to squeeze through the narrow lanes. We just take it one day at a time, making sure we get through the pile of work on the table. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work for us and the people who rely on us.
