Balaji Technologies

Rohini is a big place, but we’ve found our little corner here at Balaji Technologies. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. The office isn't anything special. We have a few mismatched chairs and some old cables tangled up in the corner that we keep meaning to sort out. Some mornings start slow with just the sound of the kettle boiling. Then the work starts piling up. We get people coming in with all sorts of questions, and we try to give them a straight answer without using too many big words. It’s mostly just a few of us who’ve known each other for years. We don’t wear suits or anything. Jeans and a t-shirt are usually the standard around here. Sometimes we stay late because a project is being stubborn, and we end up ordering food from the shop downstairs. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps the heat off, so we don't complain much. It’s a busy life in Rohini, and we’re just another small shop trying to stay on top of the tech stuff. We’ve got stacks of notebooks filled with sketches and ideas that never went anywhere, but that’s just how it goes. We like the work, even when it’s frustrating, and being in this neighborhood feels right to us after all this time working here.
