Our small office is over at T-86J in Sarai Kale Khan, which is right by Nizamuddin East. It’s a crowded area and the lanes can be a bit tricky to navigate. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. The office is mostly used for storing our spray tanks, boots, and different supplies. It’s not a fancy place to sit and have meetings. Usually, we are out in the neighborhoods early in the morning, dealing with termites, cockroaches, or whatever else is bothering people. It’s hard, physical work and you get pretty tired by the end of the day. We’ve seen it all when it comes to pests, so not much surprises us anymore. We don't have a big marketing department or any glossy ads. Most of our customers are locals who found us through their neighbors. We use plain language and just tell people what needs to be done to clear out the bugs. The smell of the chemicals lingers in the office sometimes, but we’re used to it. Sarai Kale Khan is always full of people and noise, but it’s a good base for us to reach the rest of the city. We aren't corporate types; we’re just a bunch of guys who know how to get rid of pests so you can have a clean house again. We just do the job and head home. It's simple and it works for us.
