If you know Delhi, you know how hectic the GTK Road Industrial Area can be. We are tucked away in G 14 of the Vardhman Fortune Mall. It’s a bit of a funny place for an industrial business, being in a mall and all, but it works for Bajato Parts & Systems. The traffic on the main road can be a total nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early. Inside the mall, it’s a mix of different shops and offices, which makes lunchtimes a bit more interesting than being stuck in a lonely warehouse. We deal with various parts and systems, and our space is usually filled with boxes and components waiting to be sorted. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we’ve learned how to use every inch of the place. The staff here has been around for a bit, so we kind of have our own way of doing things that might look messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. It’s not like those shiny corporate offices you see in movies. There are stacks of paper on the desks and the phone rings more than it probably should. We just keep our heads down and get through the orders. Being in North Delhi means we are close to a lot of our suppliers, which helps when things get urgent. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we manage to keep it together.
