B. S. Auto Industries

If you know the Karol Bagh area, you definitely know Naiwala. It is pretty much the center of the auto world in this part of Delhi. B. S. Auto Industries is located at No. 21/1384. It is a busy little spot in a very crowded neighborhood. Every single day is a bit of a scramble with scooters and parts being moved through the narrow streets. Our shop isn't very large, but we manage to pack a lot of things into the space we have. We have been here for years, and the walls are covered with tools and old calendars. It is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We spend most of our time out on the shop floor or talking to the people who walk in off the street. There is always a lot of dust and the smell of oil, which is just part of the everyday job. We do not have a fancy website or any marketing people. We just rely on the fact that we have been here for a long time and people know where to find us. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that is usually when we take our only real break. It is a loud and often frantic place to work, but there is a lot of life in these streets. We like being in the middle of all that action in Karol Bagh. It feels real and honest. We just keep doing our thing.
