B. L. Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd.

We operate B. L. Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. from our facility at A-245 in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I. Being in Okhla means we are right in the thick of things. There are always trucks coming in and out, and the whole place feels like it's always moving. Our building is pretty functional. We have space for our inventory and a bit of office space for the paperwork. We handle lifesciences equipment, so we have to be a bit careful with how things are stored and moved around. It’s not always easy keeping everything organized when a big shipment arrives, but we manage. Most of us have been working here for years, so we’ve got a routine down. We don't use any slick sales pitches or marketing jargon. We just tell people what we have and when it can be delivered. The lighting in the warehouse part is a bit dim, and the stairs are kind of steep, but it’s our workplace and we’re comfortable here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, the inventory, and the phones. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the products are handled properly. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We just stay focused on the tasks we have for the day and get on with it until the work is finished.
