B L Health & Safety Pvt. Ltd. is based at B L House, which is 161-J in Gautam Nagar. It’s our own little building, and we’ve been here for quite some time. Gautam Nagar is a busy area, and we fit right in. We deal with health and safety equipment, so our rooms are often stacked with helmets, vests, and all sorts of protective gear. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure everything is up to the right standards. We aren't the type of company that has a polished PR team. Most of the time, it’s just one of us answering the door or the phone. We’ve had the same old furniture for years because it still works, so why change it? The office can get a bit cluttered when a new shipment arrives, and we all have to help move things around. We don't have a strict corporate hierarchy; everyone just does what needs to be done. Sometimes we have tea together in the small kitchen area and talk about the neighborhood. It’s a simple life. We aren't trying to be fancy or sound more important than we are. We just provide safety gear from our house in Gautam Nagar and try to keep things moving along without too much drama. It’s a decent place with decent people working hard every day.
