Av Conchem

Our office is at No. 19 Rani Jhansi Road. If you know the Jhandewallan or Motia Khan area, you’ve probably passed by us without even realizing it. Av Conchem is a small setup where we focus on chemical solutions for construction. It’s a busy road, so there is always noise from the traffic outside our door. We don't have a big showroom. It’s more of a place where we keep our samples and handle the paperwork for different projects. Construction chemicals can be a bit technical, but we try to explain things in a way that makes sense to the contractors who come in. Most of the work happens on the phone or through site visits, so the office is mostly for coordination. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a while. Motia Khan has a lot of history and we feel like we are part of the landscape now. The space is tight, like most places around Rani Jhansi Road, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to provide the right products for the jobs we take on. Sometimes we run out of space for stock, so we have to move things around quite a bit. It’s just how it goes in a busy city area. If you need to find us, just look for number 19 and we are there.
