Our office is up on the 6th floor of The Capital Court Building in Munirka. Being in South West Delhi, we’re right in the middle of a lot of activity. We’ve been here for years, acting as a hub for people in the automotive component world. It’s an office full of desks, meeting rooms, and stacks of reports that seem to grow every month. We aren't a factory ourselves; we’re more like the people who keep the records and help everyone stay connected. It can be a bit formal sometimes because of the nature of the work, but we try to keep the atmosphere inside fairly relaxed. We’ve got a lot of windows, so at least the view of the city is good when things get stressful. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and emails going back and forth across the country. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular kettle in the corner for tea. People come in for meetings, and we sit around a big table and talk about industry stuff until we reach a conclusion. It’s not always exciting, but it’s important work for the people we represent. The building is quite big, so sometimes people get a bit lost finding the 6th floor, but once they’re inside, it’s just a normal workplace. We’ve been part of this industry for a long time and we just keep doing our part to keep things moving along every day.
