Being at A-55 in the Moolchand shopping complex means we see a lot of different people every day. Auto Marc Motoring Accessories is right there by the ring road in Defence Colony and the traffic is just something you learn to live with. It’s a busy spot and we are usually running around trying to help three people at once. We’ve got all sorts of things for cars crammed into our space and it isn't always organized perfectly. Sometimes you have to dig through a shelf to find the right part. We don't have a front desk person or anything like that. Whoever is free just talks to the person walking in. It’s a bit informal but that’s how we like to run things. The shop gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in and sometimes the boxes sit in the corner for a few days before we can put them away. We spend a lot of time talking about car models and what fits what. It is not some polished corporate environment. We are just a local shop in the Moolchand area trying to keep people’s cars looking okay. We take our breaks when we can and usually just grab a quick snack from nearby. It’s a simple life working here and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just here doing the work.
