Auto Importing Co.

We are based at 2584 Hamilton Road, right in the heart of Kashmere Gate. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how crowded and hectic it is. Auto Importing Co. has been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. The area is famous for auto parts, so we fit right in. Our shop is packed with crates and boxes of things we've brought in from different places. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be clever about how we stack things. Most of our day is spent dealing with paperwork, customs, and talking to local mechanics who need specific parts. We don't really do much selling to the general public; it's mostly trade stuff. The building is old and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it has a lot of character. We like the energy of Kashmere Gate, even if the traffic is a nightmare. There's always someone coming in to ask for a rare part or to check on a shipment. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been on Hamilton Road for years and people know we usually have what they need. It's a simple, busy life here in the market. We don't use fancy computers for everything; sometimes a notebook and a pen still work the best.
