You can find us at 2137/59, on the first floor right opposite the Gurudwara Road Post Office in Karol Bagh. If you've been to Karol Bagh, you know how hectic it gets. There are people and vehicles everywhere. Our place is upstairs, so it’s a little quieter than the street, but not by much. We go by Auto Care India. We’ve got a lot of different parts and supplies stashed in the back rooms. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes. We spend most of our time talking to customers who come up the stairs looking for specific items. Sometimes we have to call around to other shops if we don't have something in stock. That's just how it works here. The office has some old wooden desks and a lot of catalogs that have seen better days. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just us and the inventory. We’ve been here long enough that the local couriers know us by name. Lunch is usually something picked up from a nearby stall. We stay open until the market starts to wind down. It's a tiring place to work because of the noise and the constant flow of people, but we’re used to it. We just keep track of the stock and try to help people find what they need. It is just a regular shop in a very busy part of the city. We don't have much space, but we make it work with what we have.
