We operate out of Kirpal Apartments in the IP Extension area. It’s a residential-style setup, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate building. C-48 is where we keep our files and handle the daily logistics stuff. Usually, we are busy tracking shipments or talking to drivers on the phone. The office is often full of paper and some coffee mugs left over from the morning. New Delhi traffic can be a pain, so we spend a lot of time checking where the trucks are. It’s just a small team of us here. We don’t have fancy lobby areas or anything like that. Just desks and computers and a lot of talking. We started this because we knew a bit about moving goods and wanted to do it on our own. Some days are stressful when a delivery is late, but that’s just how this business is. IP Extension is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and the neighbors know us. We try to keep things simple. No big speeches or fancy logos, just getting the boxes from one place to another. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we all just wait for it to come back so we can finish the manifests. The printers always seem to jam when we are in a hurry, but we fix them ourselves. It’s a plain, honest living for everyone working here at number 44. Everything happens right here in New Delhi-93.
