We are located at No. 144-A in the Guru Nanak Market, which is a well-known part of the larger Kashmere Gate area. If you know anything about Delhi, you know how busy and crowded Kashmere Gate can get during the day. It is probably the most active place for motor parts in the entire city. Our shop is just one small part of that massive market. We deal with all kinds of different motor parts and spend our entire day surrounded by cardboard boxes and various metal components. The noise from the traffic and the people outside is constant, and there is always someone coming in looking for a specific part that is hard to find elsewhere. We have a lot of regular customers who come back to us because they know we are honest and won't give them a hard time. The shop is old and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we stay too busy to worry much about how the place looks. We usually have tea delivered a few times every day from the small stall on the corner. It is a tough work environment, very competitive and very fast-paced. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a place for people to lounge. It is just a counter, some tall shelves, and a lot of knowledge about how engines work. We stay open late most nights because the work never seems to end.
