If you know Chandni Chowk, you know how hectic it is. We are located at 1672, Bhagirath Palace. This building is famous for electrical goods, and we’ve been here for decades. The shop is small, like most places in this market. We have shelves reaching all the way to the ceiling. Finding things can be a bit of a challenge if you don't know the system. We mostly sell wires, switches, and other electrical parts. There are people everywhere, and the noise never stops. It’s a very old building with narrow stairs and lots of history. We’ve seen the market change so much over the years. My grandfather started this business, then my father, and now me. We don't have any fancy displays. We just have the stock. Clients come in, tell us what they need, and we pull it from the back or the upstairs godown. It’s a fast-paced environment. We drink tea from the same stall every morning. We don't use much technology here, just a simple calculator and a bill book. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the whole market, and we just wait it out. It’s part of life in Bhagirath Palace. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for twenty years. We just keep doing what we do.
