We operate out of the Atma Ram Mansion, which is an older building on the second floor at 1/21. It’s located in a busy part of New Delhi where there is always a lot of foot traffic and cars honking outside. The office has that old-school feel to it with high ceilings and heavy doors. We have been here for a while, and the space is mostly filled with desks, computers, and stacks of papers related to electric power. It’s not the most modern office you’ve ever seen, but it’s where we get everything done. We have a small team that handles the administrative side of things and talks to our partners. Most of the day is spent on the phone or responding to emails about various power projects. We don’t go in for fancy decorations; it’s just a functional place to work. Sometimes the building's age shows, like when the plumbing acts up or the stairs feel a bit steep, but it has a lot of character. We like being in this part of the city because everything is close by, even if it is a bit crowded. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek corporate image. We just show up every day, drink our tea, and handle the business of electric power as best as we can. It’s a steady, no-nonsense environment where we focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about much else.
