Arun Shivani & Associates

Arun Shivani & Associates is located right here in the DDA Flats at Munirka, specifically at A-10-A. It is a quiet residential area mostly, which actually makes it a pretty decent place to run an office from. We have been here for a long time, and the neighbors all know where we are. It is not like one of those big glass buildings in Gurgaon. We just have a regular setup with a couple of computers and a lot of shelf space for folders. Most of our day is spent looking through documents or talking to people who have questions about their files. It’s just Arun, Shivani, and a few of us helping out with the daily tasks. We don't really do much advertising because people in Munirka and nearby areas just know we are here. The rooms are a bit small, and during the summer, the AC has to work really hard to keep the place cool. We usually have lunch together at the small table in the back. It’s a simple routine. We start around ten in the morning and stay until the work is finished. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs and making sure everything is filed correctly. Sometimes the printer acts up, which is annoying, but that is just how it goes. It’s a local business through and through, and we like it that way. It feels more like a home than a corporate office.
