You will find our clinic in Shahbad Mohammadpur Village. It is actually quite easy to spot because we are right in front of the railway station. You can hear the trains coming and going all day long, which is something you just get used to after a week of working here. Sometimes the whole floor shakes just a little bit when the big freight trains rumble past. Being in a village area, it is not like those high-end clinics you see in the city center. We get a lot of people who are just getting off the train or folks who live nearby in the village. The street gets incredibly dusty in the summer, and then when it rains, the mud makes it a bit of a chore to keep the floors clean. We try our best, but it’s a losing battle most days. It is just a small team of us working here. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. We don’t have any fancy neon signs or anything like that. Just a simple door and a few rooms where we see people. It gets really crowded on Monday mornings for some reason. Everyone seems to have a problem on Mondays. We just take them one by one. It is not a complicated setup. We have our little routine, and it works for us. If you are waiting, you can watch the commuters running for their trains through the window.
