We’re located in the DDA Flats over in the G-8 Area of Hari Nagar. It’s a residential-style setup at Db-72C, so it feels a bit more like a local neighborhood office than a big industrial site. We deal with impex, which is just import and export stuff. It involves a lot of documents, customs forms, and talking to suppliers. The office is usually cluttered with samples and paperwork. We don't have a big corporate structure here; it’s just us sitting at our desks and making sure the orders are moving. Sometimes there are issues with the shipments, maybe a delay at the port or some missing papers, and we have to spend time sorting it out. It’s not always exciting, but it keeps us occupied. We try to keep things simple. We don't have any flashy slogans or fancy uniforms. It’s just regular people doing a job. The area around Hari Nagar is pretty busy, so there’s always something going on outside. We like being in this part of New Delhi because it feels connected. Most of the time, we’re just busy checking emails and calling people to make sure the goods are on the right track. It’s a practical business, and we just take it one day at a time without overcomplicating things. We focus on getting the daily tasks done and making sure everything is recorded properly in the books. It is what it is, and we don't try to make it seem more complicated than it actually is.
