Our office for Aricia India International is located at EA-269 in Hari Nagar, New Delhi. It is part of the SFS flats in A Enclave, so it feels more like a neighborhood than a cold business park. Being in New Delhi 64 means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. The flats here are older, but they have a lot of character. We work from one of the units and it’s a pretty tight-knit environment. We have our desks set up and there is usually a pot of tea on the go. We deal with international stuff, so there is a lot of emailing and talking to people in different time zones. It can get a bit hectic in the afternoons when the phones start ringing more often. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just our address on the door. People in the enclave know us, and we know the local shops where we grab lunch. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't see the point in having a big, expensive office when this works just fine for us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but that’s just part of life in Delhi. We just find a way to keep things moving. It’s a simple setup, but it’s our home for the workday and it suits us just fine. Most of us have worked together for years now, which makes the long days go by a lot faster.
