Our office is in rooms B-215 and 216 of Somdatt Chamber 1, located at 5 Bhikaji Cama Place. It’s a large complex, and it can be a bit confusing for people visiting for the first time. We spend our days here dealing with all kinds of electronic components. The space is split between the two rooms, so we’re often walking back and forth between them. It’s not a huge place, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into the space we have. There are rows of filing cabinets and shelves stacked with boxes, and the desks are mostly covered with computers and various parts we’re testing. The windows don’t open, so we rely on the air conditioning, which can be a bit temperamental during the peak of summer. We usually eat our lunch at our desks while we catch up on emails or just talk about what we’re going to do over the weekend. It’s a professional environment but without all the stuffy corporate rules. We wear what’s comfortable and focus on getting the work done. Sometimes the corridors of the chamber get a bit crowded when other offices are busy, but we just stay in our rooms and keep at it. It’s been our home for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building and the people who work here.
