Arcotech Ltd.

Our office is at F-701-A in Lado Sarai, Mehrauli. It’s an interesting part of Delhi because you’ve got the old historical bits right next to these busy commercial hubs. Arcotech Ltd. has been operating from here for some time now. It’s not a giant factory floor right here in Lado Sarai; it’s more of an administrative and management spot where we coordinate everything. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard block, but inside we stay pretty busy. We deal with metals and engineering stuff, so there’s always a lot of technical talk going on in the hallways. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the parking outside is a total nightmare because the streets are so narrow, but we make it work. We have a few rooms filled with files and some samples of the work we do. It’s a bit cramped, especially when we have visitors, but it feels like a real workplace. We don't have any polished slogans or mission statements on the walls. We just have calendars and charts to track our production. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there’s a lot of talk about local news during lunch breaks. It’s just a group of people trying to keep a company running smoothly in a very busy city. We take it one day at a time and handle whatever comes our way.
