You can find Arbro Pharmaceutical Ltd. at Plot No-14 in the Kirti Nagar Industrial Area. It is a very busy part of Kirti Nagar, with a lot of noise and movement all day long. Our building is a large, grey structure that has been part of the industrial estate for a long time. There is a big metal gate at the entrance, and there are usually trucks parked outside waiting to load or unload. Inside, the floors are made of concrete and the walls are painted a simple white. We have a small office section, but most of the space is used for the work we do. It is a noisy environment with the sound of machines and people talking, but we are all used to it by now. We do not have any fancy furniture or a modern reception area. The desks are old and the chairs are a bit squeaky, but they do the job. Our team is made up of people who have been here for years, so we all know the routine very well. We do not spend any time on marketing or trying to look like a huge corporation. We just focus on the schedule and making sure the work is finished on time. The breakroom is small and usually smells like coffee and old sandwiches. It is a very practical, hardworking place where we just get on with things.
